My Bio
:whisper:I am a full time student, part time amateur photographer, and work full time at a call center to pay the bills. Not the best job, but at least it's a pay check. I am going to school for English, want to go into copy-editing mostly for novels. Also thinking of doing a double major, one for photography. It took me years to finally settle on something that I would enjoy instead of it being just a degree.

I have been shooting with my D40 for a over a year now, but I have been taking pictures a lot longer than that. My next task, when finances allow, is to try film photograph and developing my own photos. Of course that will not be until I have more time and room to have a darkroom.:shamrock:

I'm currently working on re-transfering images from the camera to my computer due to the resized image replacing the original. Good thing I didn't delete from camera!

Thanks for taking a look at my work! :reading:

I've been having computer issues so I have not been able to upload any of my  recent photographs. I also cannot do minor edits on the ones I currently have on the computer. This should be fixed soon.

So I've been playing around with more settings on my camera, just experimenting with different modes, ISO, and shutter speeds. I was wondering if anyone has any tips on capturing rainbows? I've tried and tried and they come out but they look dull in the photograph. Not sure what I'm doing or not doing. Any feedback would be appreciated thank you!!
